How I Saved €100.000 Buying a New Home?

The price of a new property is based on the consolidation of development costs – building costs and fee are very similar throughout Spain but the one variable is the cost of land.
In the Huelva coastal area of Spain, the small town of Ayamonte has benefitted on some of the lowest plot prices.
Here is what you need to know!
Firstly, the Costa de la Luz and Huelva are showing the best increase in real estate prices in Europe. Spain currently has the best real estate investment market among its European co members and the Huelva area was second in Spain behind Toledo as the fastest growing rise in prices, which in 2023 was in double figures.
Secondly, new properties such as Riverview Residences in Ayamonte, Isla Canela golf apartments are over €100.000 cheaper than comparable properties, but the most dramatic saving is with the new build project of contemporary villas where our prices are over €200.000 cheaper than equivalent homes along the mediterranean.

How is this possible? Does it mean the quality is low?
In the case of the contemporary villas, the build is excellent with fitments and kitchens from a leading world brand Porcelanosa. It is the land cost. In some locations in Spain the plot alone would be close to the current sale price of the property.
